Don't you hate it when you put on extra staff, especially on the over-night shift, to get every room in the hotel reset for the next day - then in the morning they tell you, "Oh, we really won't be needing the break-out rooms after all". What???We stayed here 'till 2:00am resetting these friggin' rooms and now they don't need them. Kiss my ASS !!!

or how about the old---things have changed... the thirty top is where you put the 60 top.... and make the 60 top for 30!
Ugh. I know it's not as drastic, but I had a party of 30 cancel on me last night...after I had set up the dining room for the party.I'm just thankful that we didn't call in another server for the night!

I'm not sure what's worse. Not needing the breakout rooms that are set and filled with gear already, or suddenly deciding 3 minutes before their presentation that they simply MUST have either space for another 150 people or extra equipment that wasn't asked for and therefor not on site.
