Would you believe it? So far, 88 different people have signed-up to be a "follower" of this blog. That's great. But I'd rather call them my assistant banquet managers 'cause you are with me every step of the way. Each week, you take part in the pre-shift meeting I have with all the other readers of this blog.I fill you in on what to expect for the next event, what happened on the last event and how we can do better, and finally you learn about all the crap you need to deal with in this business. Together we can get thru the day. For that I've very grateful.
How soon before we reach 100? I think we'll need a bigger office...
